Hashem is a dedicated legal trainee with a solid academic foundation and diverse practical experience. A graduate of the University of Bristol, he honed his skills in legal research, analysis, and concise legal writing. He is currently in the final stages of his legal training to be sworn into the Jordanian Bar.

Throughout his traineeship, Hashem gained expertise in both litigation and commercial practice. He worked on drafting and reviewing agreements, including sponsorship, supply, cooperation, services, employment, and leases, as well as privacy policies and terms of use. He also provided legal counsel on a range of matters, such as those related to associations and not-for-profit companies, investment, and intellectual property. Alos, his experience in corporate governance includes advising on suitable company and association structures, reviewing articles of association and bylaws, ensuring compliance with laws, and assisting with procedures before official authorities, like the procurement of foreign funding approval. This comprehensive exposure has enhanced his ability to provide practical and precise legal advice.

Furthermore, Hashem has practical experience in intellectual property practice, which includes registering and renewing trademarks, researching appropriate classifications, and providing consultations on potential IP infringements as well as available means of protecting IP. This reflects his broad exposure and versatility across the law.

In litigation, Hashem has extensively trained on drafting court documents, including statements of claims, memos, and final pleadings in various cases ranging from trademark deregistration disputes and infringement compensation claims to civil and labor disputes. He has also managed court procedures, including issuing notary public warnings, enforcing judgments, and preparing legal opinions on foreseeable case outcomes.

Further, Hashem has a profound interest in the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. He co-authored an in-depth paper titled "Assessing the Effectiveness of Traditional Tort Law in Regulating Liability Relating to Generative Artificial Intelligence", while his JBA research paper pertains to examining "Deepfakes in Jordanian Law." These efforts highlight his dedication to addressing how emerging technologies challenge traditional legal frameworks and the importance of forward-thinking regulations.
